Performance volunteer opportunities have been added. Please click the link below and click on August to sign up to help with tickets, ushering, and concessions. We would love to have two parents working backstage in our costume room for each show.

Cuts

The production staff has done their best to motivate you to learn your music, choreography and lines. They would love to keep you all in the show and are hoping that you are doing your best outside of rehearsal to know your roles. This week they will start making cuts, large and small if you do not know your parts. Please, please, please practice and come prepared to put on a great show.

Children's Hospital

For any cast member participating in the performance at the Children's Hospital tomorrow, please fill out BOTH waivers and sign or if you are under 18, please have a parent sign. These can be turned in to the production staff tonight or before the performance tomorrow. These MUST be signed in order to participate.

You will be parking across the street, and coming back via the skyway, down the big staircase to the 1st floor lobby. Star Studio is right there, it's hard to miss.

Unscheduled Absences

Please remember that you should not be absent from rehearsal if it was not on your conflict sheet. If an unscheduled absence comes up, you need to speak directly to Julie via email, text, or in person. If Julie is not at rehearsal, you should still speak directly to the production staff or email stage@soararts.com and it will be forwarded to the appropriate people.

It is NOT acceptable to have another cast member relay this information to the production staff.

Volunteers Needed!

Performances are coming up and we are in need of many volunteers. From the ticket table to backstage, we have a lot of options for you! It would be great if parents could sign up for at least one slot. Thank you!
